South Korea's LG CNS said on Tuesday it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the US-based real estate management SomeraRoad and Mastern America, South Korean Marston Investment Management's US subsidiary to enter the smart building business in the US.
The three companies plan to undergo digital transformation (DX) of the hotels and resorts, townhouses, and commercial buildings in Kansas City, Missouri and Nashville, Tennessee.
LG CNS will introduce its Cityhub building platform. It's an integrated building management platform, which offers various functions such as data collection, facility control, and energy management for large structures such as office buildings and factories.
LG CNS will provide mobile passes, employee cards, and content management systems based on blockchain technologies.
